CEO Clothing is proudly based in Australia. All our products are designed with comfort and performance in mind to suit your active lifestyle.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of payment options, including:

- Afterpay for interest-free instalments
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Australia:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days.
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days.
New Zealand:
- Standard delivery: 25 business days.
- Express delivery: 15–20 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. You can see the cost options before completing your purchase. For faster delivery, we recommend choosing express shipping.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping to New Zealand. For other international destinations, please contact our support team at info@ceoclothing.com.au for assistance.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer returns for store credit, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- The return request is made within 28 days of the delivery date.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. For faulty or incorrect items, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier’s website.
8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you realise you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@ceoclothing.com.au. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we can update the address. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee a redirection.
9. Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available for all purchases, allowing you to shop now and pay in four equal, interest-free instalments.
10. Can I pre-order items?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for select items. Delivery for pre-orders is typically 4–6 weeks, but delays may occur. Pre-orders are non-refundable for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty.
11. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be purchased on our website. Gift cards are delivered via email and can be redeemed at checkout.
12. Are your products true to size?
Our products are designed to be true to size. For detailed sizing information, refer to our Size Guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit.
13. How do I care for my CEO Clothing items?
To keep your gear in the best condition:

- Avoid using fabric softeners.
- Air dry out of direct sunlight.
- Do not bleach or dry clean.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please email us at info@ceoclothing.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering return postage costs.

18. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched, contact us immediately to request cancellation. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
