Can I change my order once it's been placed?

Once your have received your order confirmation, you are unable to amend your order.

If you wish amend your order, please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.

Can I change my shipping address once my orders been placed?

If you need to make changes to your address please contact us via info@ceoclothing.com.au

Please note if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Are the items in my cart reserved?

Our stuff sells out fast! Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or hold the item. It can still be purchased by other customers before you checkout and complete your order.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit (excluding shipping).

Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met:

  • The item is unworn, in brand new condition with original packaging.
  • The item is returned to us within 28 days of delivery date.
  • The item was not purchased in a sale, sale items are not eligible for return.


PLEASE NOTE:
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days processing time for our team to contact you.We do not offer direct exchanges. All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

AfterPay Returns

If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above, once a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue.

I received a faulty item, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item!

Please email us at info@ceoclothing.com.au and one of our staff will respond within 2 business days.

If we are replacing the faulty item and it is no sold out a store credit will be processed instead so you can choose something else.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia from Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

How long will shipping/delivery take?

Australia
Standard delivery - $10 (3-5 business days)
Express delivery - $15 (1-3 business days)
FREE if order is $100 or more

New Zealand
Standard delivery $15 NZD - (5-14 business days)

World Wide
Standard delivery $20 - (5-20 business days)

Where will my parcel get delivered?

We will deliver to the address you provided on your order. If by chance the details are incorrect and CEO Clothing has to resend a parcel you will be liable for this expense.

Do I have to be home to receive my parcel?

Our deliveries will require a signature. If you aren’t home your package will be taken to your local post office. If you do opt for a ‘safe drop’ option or have ‘authority to leave enabled’ CEO Clothing will not be liable for the package.

How will I know when my order is shipped and on it's way?

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact us via email info@ceoclothing.com.au with your Order Confirmation details and we will assist you further.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has ben packaged and dispatched, you will receive an email from us with tracking details, use the tracking link provided.

*Please note: tracking can take up to 24 hours to update
